Thank you for your letter of 25 January 2012 about the proposal by the Victorian Department of Primary Industries to introduce a Fisheries Notice, under section 152 of the Fisheries Act 1995, that will require bycatch reduction devices to be used in the Victorian Inshore Trawl fishery.
