(This notice is not required for low impact exploration)

I/we the holder/s of the above exploration/mining/prospecting/retention licence give notice that after 7 days (21 days for an area work plan), I/we intend to commence work on the land covered by the licence.

I/we have complied with the following requirements under the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 to carry out work on the land:

I/we have an approved Work Plan registered on
I/we have lodged a rehabilitation bond of $10,000 (or other amount if for MIN/PL/RL) OR
The rehabilitation bond of $10,000 (or other amount if for MIN) is enclosed
I/we have a public liability insurance policy for at least $10 million ($5 million for Gypsum mines)
For work on private land I/we have the written consent of the owners and occupiers or we have registered compensation agreements with them.
For work on Restricted Crown land we have obtained s44 Ministerial consent via Parks Victoria.
I/we have given 7 days notice (or shorter by agreement) to the owners and occupiers of the land on which I/we intend to do work, including the regional Crown land manager in the case of Crown land.
