Waterway Health Plans
In 1997, responsibilities of the Waterway Management Authorities were shifted to the Catchment Management Authorities.
Catchment Management Authorities now undertake Stream Restoration Plans, to provide direction for specific work programs on stream erosion control, instream and riparian revegetation, and habitat restoration. In some cases these plans include more specific elements, such as Stream Revegetation Strategies.
Contact your local Catchment Management Authority for more details.
