Stakeholder Support and Linkages
Productive Grazing, Healthy Rivers is funded under the State Government’s Ecologically Sustainable Agriculture Initiative, delivered through the Department of Primary Industries (DPI) with support from the Department of Sustainability & Environment (DSE) (external link). Dairy Australia (external link), GippsDairy, the Cooperative Research Centre for Australian Weed Management (external link), Land and Water Australia (external link) and the West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority (external link) also provide support to one or more of the project modules. This project has also developed collaborative linkages with staff and students from Monash University, University of Melbourne, University of Western Australia, and Charles Sturt University.
The project team comprises nine specialists from DPI and DSE. Our areas of expertise range from freshwater ecology and weed management to soil biology and dairy extension. Click on our group photo to find out more about the Productive Grazing, Healthy Rivers team.
