Victorian Industry Fact Sheets

Located in the south-east corner of the mainland, Victoria is one of eight Australian states and territories. Although small in size, Victoria’s rich soils and temperate climate make it a very productive agricultural area, generating one quarter of Australia's food exports. The following series of fact sheets outline each industry, give production figures for produce, describes industry trends and development, quality assurance processes, key markets and exports, trade and investment opportunities, industry organisations and contact lists. Each fact sheet also contains a map of production areas for each industry around the state.
