Shellfish Quality Assurance

Shellfish quality assurance programs are the Victorian implementation of the Australian Shellfish Quality Assurance Program (ASQAP), an internationally recognised program. Shellfish quality assurance programs are quality assurance programs providing for the active monitoring of shellfish harvesting areas. Harvesting areas compliant with the ASQAP may be accredited for the harvest of product for export.
