Victorian Climate Change Strategy for Fisheries and Aquaculture 2008-2018

The Victorian Climate Change Strategy for Fisheries and Aquaculture 2008-2018 (PDF 825KB) will help to ensure the long term sustainability of Victoria’s fisheries resources by guiding activities to support the fishing and aquaculture sectors and fisheries managers to prepare for, and adapt to, the impacts of a changing climate. The Strategy covers all fishing and aquaculture for both inland and marine waters. It explains the roles of the Victorian Government and the fishing sectors in preparing for climate change, and explains how the Victorian Government will support adaptation strategies.
