The Code of Practice for the Welfare of Amphibians in Captivity outlines the welfare needs of amphibians kept in aquaria. Its purpose is to provide minimum standards of care for keepng of amphibians in captivity and to encourage the protection of wild populations from illegal take and introduction of disease and genetic contamination.
