Description of Area
The Goulburn Valley Agricultural Chemical Control Area is all that area that includes -

The Parishes of Baulkamaugh, Cobram, Congupna, Coomboona, Drumanure, Dunbubalane, Girgarre East, Kaarimba, Katamatite, Katandra, Katunga, Kyabram East, Mooroopna, Mooroopna West, Mundoona, Murchison North, Naringaningalook, Pine Lodge, Shepparton, Tallygaroopna, Taripta, Tongala, Toolamba, Toolamba West, Undera, Yarroweyah; and

That part of the Parish of Arcadia north-west of Goulburn Valley Highway; that part of the Parish of Boosey north of Katamatite - Yarrawonga Road; that part of the Parish of Caniambo north of Bells Road; that part of the Parish of Dargalong north of Goulburn Valley Highway to main road number 5376; that part of the Parish of Girgarre east of Girgarre - Rushworth [or Curr] Road; that part of the Parish of Kialla west of Goulburn Valley Highway & north of Mitchell and Armstrong Road; that part of the Parish of Kotupna east and south of the Murray Goulburn Highway; that part of the Parish of Kyabram north of Kyabram - Rochester Road & east of Girgarre - Rushworth [or Curr] Road; that part of the Parish of Molka north-west of Goulburn Valley Highway; that part of the Parish of Moora east of Girgarre - Rushworth [or Curr] Road; that part of the Parish of Murchison north of Rushworth - Murchison Road to the bridge over the Goulburn River; that part of the Parish of Strathmerton east of the railway line from Strathmerton Railway Station to Tocumwal & south of the Murray Valley Highway; that part of the Parish of Ulupna south of the Murray Valley Highway; that part of the Parish of Waranga north of Rushworth - Murchison Road; that part of the Parish of Wyuna east of the Murray Valley Highway; that part of the Parish of Yabba Yabba north-west of Katandra - Yabba North Road & west of Yabba North - Katamatite Road and that part of the Parish of Youanmite west of Yabba North - Katamatite Road.

Prohibited Period
The period commencing on the first day of September each year and ending on the thirtieth day of April of the following year (and including both days).
