Description of Area
The North Eastern Agricultural Chemical Control Area is all that area that includes -

The Parishes of Barwidgee, Beechworth, Bright, Buckland, Bungamero, Carboor, Carraragarmungee, Carruno, Dandongadale, Dederang, Edi, Eurandelong, Everton, Freeburgh, Greta, Harrietville, Laceby, Morockdong, Moyhu, Mudgeegonga, Mullagong, Mullindolingong, Murmungee, Myrrhee, Myrtleford, Oxley, Porepunkah, Stanley, Taminick, Tarrawingee, Tawanga, Toombullup, Toombullup North, Wabonga, Wandiligong, Wermatong, Whitfield, Whitfield South, Whorouly, Winteriga; and

That part of the Parish of Glenrowan north of Hume Freeway; that part of the Parish of Goorambat south of Lake Mokoan Road; that part of the Parish of Killawarra west of Wangaratta Yarrawonga Road; that part of the Parish of Mokoan south of Lake Mokoan Road; that part of the Parish of Peechelba bounded by Wangaratta Yarrawonga Rd to Tungamah Peechelba Rd and then to Forest Rd; that part of the Parish of Wangaratta North south-east of Hume Highway; that part of the Parish of Wangaratta South south-west of Wangaratta Yarrawonga Road; and that part of the Parish of Winton north of Hume Freeway.

Prohibited Period
The period commencing on the first day of September each year and ending on the thirtieth day of April of the following year (and including both days).
