Disease Surveillance Projects

Animal Health Field Services in partnership with industry has developed 4 new projects designed to protect and enhance the reputation of Victoria's livestock industries, these include;

1. Lamb and Kid Mortality Surveillance Project
2. Sentinel Flock Surveillance Project
3. Knackery Surveillance Project
4. Early Detection in Emerging and Exotic Disease in Sheep and Goats

All of the projects are designed to gain a better understanding of the impacts of disease on the production and profitablity of sheep, goat and cattle industries.
