Notes

To determine if a chemical product contains any of these prohibited chemicals, please read the chemical's label and accompanying information sheet or search the APVMA PUBCRIS website.

*An ACCA permit is different to an Agricultural Chemical User Permit (ACUP).

Mister definition: spraying equipment that uses air for dispersing the spray and includes mist blowers, orchard sprayers, air blast sprayers, air shear sprayers and any other spraying equipment that produces a droplet size spectrum that is classified as fine or very fine under ASAE S572 FEB04, Spray Nozzle Classification by Droplet Spectra, but does not include air assisted boom sprayers or twin fluid nozzle sprayers.

The Parishes of Balnarring, Beenak, Berwick, Bittern, Boroondara, Bulla Bulla, Bulleen, Bunyip, Burgoyne, Cranbourne, Cut Paw Paw, Dandenong, Darnum, Derrimut, Deutgam, Doutta Galla, Drouin East, Drouin West, Eumemmerring, Fingal, Flinders, Frankston, Gembrook, Glenwatts, Gracedale, Greensborough, Gruyere, Jika Jika, Jindivick, Kangerong, Keelbundora, Kinglake, Koo-Wee-Rup, Koo-Wee-Rup East, Langwarrin, Linton, Longwarry, Lyndhurst, Maribrynong, Melbourne North, Melbourne South, Monbulk, Monda, Moorabbin, Moorooduc, Mooroolbark, Morang, Mordialloc, Mulgrave, Nangana, Nar-Nar-Goon, Narree Worran, Neerim, Nillumbik, Nunawading, Pakenham, Prahran, Queenstown, , Ringwood, Scoresby, Sherwood, Sutton, Tarneit, Tarrawara, Tarrawara North, Tonimbuk, Tonimbuk East, Truganina, Tullamarine, Tyabb, Wandin Yallock, Wannaeue, Warburton, Warragul, Warrandyte, Will-Will-Rook, Wollert, Woodbourne, Woori Yallock, Yallock, Yan Yean, Yannathan, Yering, Younga and Yuroke.

Restriction Period

The restrictions on the use of prohibited chemicals in the Melbourne Agricultural Chemical Control Area apply all year.

Remember

All users of agricultural and veterinary chemicals, including ACUP holders, are required to make specified records for all chemical products used within 48 hours of using the chemical product, and keep these records for a minimum of two years.
