The People in Dairy Project
Dairy Australia's 'The People in Dairy' program is designed to help farmers improve how they attract, deploy, retain and develop the people they need to achieve the strategic vision they have for their business.
The People in Dairy Project recommend three fundamental keys to success with people in Dairy Businesses:
- design farm systems to fit people, rather than trying to find people to fit the systems
- increase efficiency and productivity by ensuring the right people do the right jobs at the right times
- place great value on having effective working relationships
