Land Victoria has introduced a number of interactive forms in PDF format that you can fill out online. An advantage of using the new interactive forms is that you can complete and print forms locally on your own computer.
Instructions to complete and print an interactive form
When you open the interactive form the fields should be highlighted. If the highlighted fields do not appear automatically you are advised to click on the ‘Highlight Fields’ tick box in the right-hand corner of the page. This will make it easier for you to see the form fields when completing the form.
Place your cursor at the start of the field you want to fill in. To move between form fields use the left mouse button to click on the relevant field. Alternatively, use the ‘Tab’ key to move to the next field.
All forms have a drop down box for inserting the date. The drop down box will appear on the right-hand side of the form when you place your cursor in the date field. Some forms also have a drop down box in the signature field.
After entering the information please make sure that you have completed all the fields and check that the information is correct before you print.
If you need additional pages to provide further information the Annexure Page must be used.
Forms must be printed in black on A4 white 80-gsm paper. Use Adobe Reader print option to print forms.
Please note: Interactive forms can be downloaded, filled out on-screen and then printed using a PDF viewer. You cannot save an interactive PDF form with the information you have added. If you want to keep a copy for your records you are advised to print two copies of the form.
Instructions to complete forms by hand
If completing a Land Victoria form by hand, information should be legibly written in black or blue ink or typed. The use of correction fluid or self-correcting typewriter ribbon is not permitted. The back of the forms must not be used, the Annexure Page must be used for any additional pages.
Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble opening any of the interactive forms please right-click on the form you wish to open and choose 'Save target as' to save to your personal computer.
