Call for Papers

The Scientific Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract for either a contributed oral or poster presentation (or both if you are keen!) on any topic aligned with this year's conference theme, or on a topic of your interest.

Oral vs Poster presentation

Oral presentations will be limited to 20 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes allotted per presenter for questions/discussion. We strongly discourage the use of overhead transparency projectors and would prefer presenters to use electronic methods of presentation such as PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat.

As an alternative to an oral presentation, you may like to consider creating a poster to summarise your work. The committee will schedule a dedicated poster session into the program that will enable you to showcase your poster to potentially all conference delegates. Note that authors of posters should plan to attend their posters during this session in order to answer questions about their work.

Authors will be informed of their acceptance and method of presentation by Sunday 12 October. The program committee will endeavour to accommodate your preferred method of presentation, however as each format will form an integral element of the conference, the program committee reserves the right to assign papers to either oral or poster presentation if necessary.
