Use of chemicals listed below is prohibited within the Rutherglen Agricultural Chemical Control Area during the prohibited period (between and including 1 September and 30 April of the following year) and by the application methods specified.
Chemicals Prohibited by the Specified Method of Application

Notes:
*An ACCA permit is different to an Agricultural Chemical User Permit (ACUP).
Mister definition: spraying equipment that uses air for dispersing the spray, including orchard sprayers, air blasters and air shear sprayers that produce droplets with a volume mean diameter not exceeding 100 micron but not air assisted boom sprayers, twin fluid nozzle sprayers or knapsack sprayers.
Description of Area
The Rutherglen Agricultural Chemical Control Area is all that area that includes -
The Parishes of Carlyle and Gooramadda; and that part of the Parish of Brimin east of Woods Road; that part of the Parish of Boorhaman east of Woods Road & north of McInness Road; that part of the Parish of Norong north of Taylors Bridge Road, Escort Bridge Road and Lilliput Norong Road; that part of the Parish of Lilliput north of Lilliput Norong Road; that part of the Parish of Chiltern north of Indigo Road, Fishers Road and Hume Highway; that part of the Parish of Chiltern West north of Gales Lane, Burgoynes Road and Indigo Road; that part of the Parish of Barnawartha North north of Hume Highway and west of Murray Valley Highway to Richardsons Road and then west of Richardsons Road to the Murray River.
Prohibited Period
The period commencing on the 1 September each year and ending on the 30 April of the following year (including both days).
Remember
All users of agricultural and veterinary chemicals, including ACUP holders, are required to keep specified records for all chemical products used within 48 hours of using the chemical product, and to keep these records for a period of two years.
