'Streamlining services to farmers'

Are you a farmer trying to navigate the complex regulatory environment and want to get on with the job of farming? Or, maybe you are an agency or service provider involved in the primary industry sector? Either way, you know the business of farming is becoming more complex and regulated. The challenge is to work towards cleaner, greener and more ethical production systems, whilst trying to manage in a sustainable way.

The Government is working on opportunities to streamline services to farmers to reduce regulatory burden. This will allow farmers to meet their regulatory requirements, while planning for farm productivity and improved environmental outcomes.

There is a growing interest in the role that Property Management Systems (PMS) can play in achieving this. It can potentially simplify and make farm business more efficient in relation to regulatory obligations.
